ANRA Technologies and Future Flight Global Partner to Build the Digital Backbone of Advanced Air Mobility

Positioning for a Key Role in the $115 Billion U.S. AAM Market by 2035: As the Advanced Air Mobility Sector Gears Up for Rapid Growth, the Collaboration Aims to Establish the Core Air Traffic Infrastructure For The Sector

Washington, D.C., January 7th, 2025 – ANRA Technologies, a global leader in autonomous aircraft  traffic and fleet management, and Future Flight Global, an innovator in advanced air transportation, have announced a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop the essential digital backbone for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). This partnership focuses on creating the infrastructure necessary to support and scale electric and sustainable aircraft—such as eVTOL air taxis, powered lift aircraft, delivery drones, and regional aircraft—offering faster, greener, and more connected travel.

According to Deloitte’s Advanced Air Mobility Survey, the AAM market for passenger and cargo mobility in the United States is anticipated to reach $115 billion annually by 2035, generating over 280,000 jobs. Globally, this emerging sector is expected to cut intra-city travel times by over 60%, enable three times faster inter-city connections, and reduce noise and emissions, fundamentally transforming how people and goods move.

“We are thrilled to partner with ANRA Technologies, whose expertise in airspace traffic management and vertiport management systems aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of advanced air mobility,” said Karan Singh, Founder and CEO of Future Flight Global. “This partnership will be instrumental in developing and testing the digital infrastructure needed to support the next generation of AAM aircraft and progress towards autonomy, transforming how airspace is managed and unlocking new opportunities for mobility worldwide. This partnership aims to create a transportation ecosystem that fundamentally improves how people and goods move. Without the right infrastructure—a system to manage airspace, integrate vehicles, and support seamless operations—this vision won’t scale. That’s why the digital backbone is so critical.”

A Foundation for Scalable Growth

As AAM transitions from concept to real-world implementation, ensuring safe and efficient operations will require advanced coordination among regulators, operators, and technology providers. The collaboration between ANRA Technologies and Future Flight Global addresses this need by developing a robust, interoperable, real-time airspace management and mission planning system. This integrated platform will help autonomous aircraft avoid collisions, manage airspace congestion, and synchronize with vertiports and charging networks.

Economic and Community Impact

AAM promises to reduce congestion and improve connectivity and plays a pivotal role in stimulating economic growth. From manufacturing and logistics to emergency services, wide-ranging industries stand to benefit. By establishing an intelligent and secure digital backbone enabled by interoperability data standards, ANRA Technologies and Future Flight Global aim to power these developments, enable job creation, support sustainability goals, and open new avenues for mobility.

“This partnership brings together the best of innovation and industry experience,” said Amit Ganjoo, Founder and CEO of ANRA Technologies. “By working with an experienced business aviation partner like Future Flight Global, we aim to drive the development of an integrated ecosystem that leverages our ability to provide vertiport-to-vertiport services for fleet operators worldwide.”

Focus on Safety and Sustainability

A key advantage of AAM is its potential to reduce environmental impact by electrifying flight operations. The new digital backbone will integrate advanced data analytics, real-time decision-making, and advanced flight management to optimize routes, minimize delays, and safeguard public safety. Both organizations prioritize reducing emissions and noise pollution, seeking to align with regulatory requirements and community expectations.

Next Steps

ANRA Technologies and Future Flight Global plan to conduct pilot programs in urban and regional environments to validate their digital infrastructure under real-world conditions. They will also collaborate with aviation regulators to ensure compliance and public safety. In parallel, the partnership aims to engage local communities and stakeholders, demonstrating the benefits of AAM while addressing questions about noise, airspace usage, and environmental impact. Once proven in initial deployments, this scalable model can be adapted for global markets to support various geographies and operational needs.
